I do leg day and glutes workout 3 times a week. Building my muscles without any supplements. Setting up the weights with limited equipment is not easy especially I don’t have a stepper to elevate the bar. It would be a different story at the gym aside from too many people and I am struggling to put the weights on the bar by myself.
