I've gotten from 3 to 6 pull ups in 6 weeks using this. Idk if that's too slow of progression but I've at least improved from before. Thanks!

Hey Ashton thx for the vids! Was wondering would you recommend this routine for those like me who are still stuck on one pull up? :/ Or for those who can at least do a few?

You can do it, I know lots of girls who can do pull ups 💪🏼 I made a tutorial about how to get your first pull up, which you can watch here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/roSc04Z-sqWZppg

Amazing video Bro . Can i replace inverted-row with push ups?
@AshtonFitness

I personally wouldn't because then you're not strengthening the muscles involved in performing a pull up. Hope that helps!

Hey Ashton, the video quality and explanation is amazing, thx for that! The only confusing point for me is the first exercise, where you recommend to start with a max rep pull up set, and then repeat it 3 times with 1min rest between sets. The thing is, after doing a max rep set, it is very unlikely, especially for a beginner, that he will reach the same amount of reps afterwards and even less likely on set 3 and 4. failure sets usually require at least 4-5min rest and even then on the next set you might be short of 1 or 2 reps compared to the first set. This might cause confusion and/or frustration because a beginner can quickly lose motivation when he realizes that he already fails on the first exercise to reach the expected goals. The other exercises I totally agree with and tbh I think the 2nd one with the static holds is an excellent addition
