Thank you for this super tutorial. The instruction to keep the whole foot flat on the mat rather than just the edge was a game-changer for me as I find I can now do it properly by pushing with the feet and not lifting from the hips. I would like to see a tutorial on Chakrasana (backward roll) please. I know you have already done this on IG, but I would appreciate a more thorough KZitem tutorial as this transition still eludes me.

Found this tutorial really helpful. Looks like allowing the centre of the body to raise itself up as we push through the feet. I'll be trying in the morning. Wonder if you'd do a drop back tutorial? There are so many ideas around it like using a wall etc. Thank you both ❤️

BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge with us. This posture is a bit challenging for me and I will love to do it, but I don't dare get that posture. Maybe when I have more experience. 😉 I hope I won't last long. You asked us if we wanted to learn another posture in the video. I would love to know how to do Dhanurasana in a safe way. If it is ok for you, I will be very thankful. Greetings from Barcelona. I know you were here last 24th of September but I wasn't able to participate in your class, a thing that I had loved to do.

Hi, thanks for all your videos! I’m requesting a video or feedback on ankle pain? I’ve been practicing for years and am now encountering immense ankle pain. It flares up in my prasaritas to the point where I can’t flex my feet in the seated postures and have to take breaks during balancing. I’m wondering if it maybe creeps in with bad updog form? I’ve tried variations of the foundational postures to see if I can identify where the problem is originating but I can’t figure it out. Do you have any suggestions or feedback on this problem?

This pose is really problematic - in his new book Stu Girling (Love Yoga Anatomy) advices not even tempting it. At least practice it with an experienced teacher.
