Your explanation is excellent! This is the third video on your channel that I've watched. You speak calmly and so I can understand English, with the help of KZitem's automatic translation. I speak Portuguese. Congratulations on the content on your channel, it will help many people like me who want to find well-being.

Sir....This was a beautiful meditation. The visualization part was quite difficult for me...but the focusing on the Soham mantra from the Throat to the Naval region was still fine. Hope I will be able to improve on this with time...❤

thanks for the lesson, could you go into further detail on the continuation of the practice? once the various chakras have been opened, we continue making the microcosmic orbit. it is very similar to Kriya, where instead you breathe only in sushumna. thanks again from Italy!

You are welcome. 🙏 SoHam Ajapa Japa has many stages. But here at the beginning you don't pay attention to chakras, but to the frontal channel, from the navel to the throat. After you master the awareness in the frontal passage and SoHam, you can bring the awareness in HamSo (doing a pause between the inhalation and the next exhalation). Then you can alternate Soham and Hamso. Then you can do the same exercises feeling the flow of energy through sushumna nadi, from the root chakra to the third eye chakra, instead of the frontal passage.

Hello Sai thanks for your inquiries! Yes indeed this meditation is different from daily Pranayama. Your understanding is correct about the Soham breathing. We would be happy to clarify any other questions you have about the Soham Meditation, please feel to email us at info@arhantayoga.org

It depends on the person. For some people it's easy to mentally hear it, for others can be more challenging. Hearing the real soft sound of the air coming in and out of your nostrils can be helpful to imagine the sound of So-Ham

The journey to greatness requires us to do some introspection before we speak/comment - if we don’t have anything good or constructive to say, it’s better not to say anything at all. It doesn’t happen overnight, but perhaps something you want to practice to meet your greatest self 🧘🏽♀️🙏🏾💫
