I saw this about 9 years ago but it was from an indian boy who was showing how to make a simple fm transmitter powered off a 9v battery. Kid had a massive house and the result was actually pretty damn good. It was able to go through a fair bit of his walls and still male it another lole 100 or so feet and transmit his music

Rather than just blabbering any random combination of technical terms. You can also use the same method of wire on bolt to temporarily fix a threaded hole that has become stripped. Cool hack to get you out of the woods, but don't go using it on head bolts, youtubers.

Why would you want a copper spring? It would just stretch out and deform. If you wanted windings for a coil, you'd be much better off using something smooth as you could wrap it tighter.
