Hey Charley. So true about ROAS. We started our brand with only FB ads. No other marketing is made. Our ROAS is like 1x. But the actual marketing budget vs revenue when we look at the business growth is about 4x. Which we can scale with. ROAS is a bs number to follow for sure.

Professor Charley. At 20:25 you talk about solution 2. How does it work in the practice? 1. Do you turn off the DCT or let it run, and just create a new one to close the deal? How does that new DCT know what people to target, to close the deal that the old DCT with high frequency and high CPMS couldn’t do? So that the old creatives can move up to the funnel? 2. The other solution was to create TOF ads.

Quick question: how long are we going to test multiple 3:2:2s untill we can create a control campaign? Until we reach a frequency of at least 1 so we can compare them and after creating an control campaign with top, mid and bottom funnel ads? 😁

But if we break down the DCT by creative that should give us the real frequency of the creative isn't it? As we might think 1.3 of frequency for the whole DCT adset is high but it's multiple different post ID displayed to the same viewer and some of the Post ID can be under 1.1 frequency, so should we care about this adset having 1.3 of frequency/day = retargeting = bad experience? Also, I believe, your frequency rule depends on the size of the market and the business. I can't have 1.02 of frequency with $2k/day on an Australian market for martial arts products for example.
@CTtheDisrupter
Жыл бұрын
you can TOTALLY have a 1.02 at $2k a day unless you budget is like $1M… and even then, it’s based on CPM etx

this was a much better video than the previous 4PI video, thanks charley Some questions: 1. i know you talk a lot about focusing on one hero product and one target market. But if I have a health product that focuses on two separate markets (athletes vs elderly), would it make sense to use one campaign with one control adset for the same product, or use one campaign with 2 separate adsets for each angle/target market, or use 2 campaigns (one per market for 1 product) 2. For DCT 3-2-2 testing what I found was that the headline section no longer works. Only one headline is displayed and everything is shifted towards text. Any solution for that? 3. You mentioned that longer videos tend to be lower funnel. But for a 10-20 min VSL that's meant to convert a colder audience, is that really the case?

@@CTtheDisrupter when I select Headline (ad settings), I only see the first headline displayed and 100% of the spend/results are attributed to it, despite having added a total of 5 headlines But when I select Text, in some cases I see All Headlines + All Primary Texts being displayed. In others I only see the Primary Text being displayed. I think it's quite unlikely that none of the adspend is going to some of the other headlines.

Hey king! I went from watching Ben Heath only to watching your vids merely😊 I’ve posted this question on your other videos, but I try again here: 1. Ben Heath says when doing DCT u should go for ABO to nie overload the fb AI machine with work. Meanwhile you say go for CBO. Which should I choose?😅 2. Do you mean that, for the 3:2:2 method, I should have maximum of two ad sets within one campaign, with DCT. And when I find winning combinations, I just take that unique combination (called post ID???) to another campaign where I place all the winning ads in a new DCT? 3. Where can I track performance for each combination from the DCT? Or should I? Why/why not? 4. You say that I should not care about what CPL each ad combo delivers, but to care about the overall CPL within the campaign? But what about one of the combinations has a CPL way abound my targeted CPL? Can’t just let it run since I will lose money?? 5. What do you mean with control environment? What’s that and what does it do? Why is it necessary? I would appreciate answers so much.

🏆Professor Charley🏆 Do I really want to increase the budget 5% three times a week in the 3:2:2 method? The campaign/ad set will end up in learning phase the whole time, which forces the AI machine to adapt to new changes all the time. At the end, you campaign won’t perform well….or how is it?
@liteolika1784

I don’t even understand why u would want duplicate a winner post id from the DCT (3:2:2 method) into a winners ad set within the same campaign. 1. Initially, running the same ads in two different ad sets targeting the same audience could cause audience overlap. Why would I want that? 2. The 3:2:2 method allows 2 DCTs max. And within the same campaign we have a “winners” ad set which you call controlled environment for some reason I do not get. Now, what does that winners ad set contain? It’s not another DCT bcs u said maximum of 2 DCT’s per campaign. So are you running the winners post id individually as an regular ad in a regular ad set with the same targeting audience with CBO? If yes, why would u do that if the post id is already performing good in the initial DCT? I’d appreciate answers because I want to test your 3:2:2 method bud i don’t feel comfortable I don’t understand the concept completely. Hope you don’t think I’m stupid😅all you say makes sense really. But a few things are difficult to understand

Hey Charley, fascinating video. Would love to hear your thoughts and process on media briefing those ads you mention that you're aiming to position as TOF. My assumption, beyond obviously making them scroll stopper with a hot hook, would be that you want to make them engaging and enjoyable, so facebook gives them a lower CPM and your frequency will come down for the same spend. Is this right, or is there something else you'd concentrate on when briefing creatives/videographers/Graphic designers?

Is the basis of this 4PI concept to change the creative to get different results? If so, what is the best way to set up a campaign in order to test creatives to get measurable indicators? In this video you are comparing the ad-set level, and I am assuming a 3-2-2 ad. How do you determine which creative combination is working best? How do you introduce a new ad into the campaign without disrupting the current results? Answer these questions and I'll buy a hat 😁

16:56 how, in what way does the ad with higher CPA provide more opportunity for other ads with a lower CPA?
@AlexPhilip
Жыл бұрын
Because without those TOF ads that appear to have a low CPA, you won't have any audience that are shown the ads that are BOF and eventually get the lower CPA. The Lower CPA only comes as a result of having those higher CPA prospecting ads. That's why you look at blended costs.
@liteolika1784

@@AlexPhilip yes but how do I know that the TOF ads will target cold people and the MOF and BOF will target warmer people. What I’m trying to say is that, how do I know that the ads will will be shown in that order (TOF, MOF, BOF)? Do I have to create a funnel where I exclude and include audiences, or do I just have these ads in the winners ad set?
@AlexPhilip
Жыл бұрын
@@liteolika1784 Exclusions/custom audience definitely needed IMO but also as Charley says, if you look at the frequency and you see it is above 1.25 - it means it's BOF. If the frequency is less than 1.10 then FB is showing it TOP. And between that is MOF.
