In this video I'm going to show you how to do the Oblique Kick, whether it's like Jon Jones Knee Stomp Kick, or a more training appropriate oblique kick to the body (the inverted pushkick) or to the hip.
When going over how to do an inverted pushkick to the body I'll show a simple hand fighting tactic you can use to ensure the kick lands more often.
The Muay Thai oblique kick is a very under used move, so a lot of people are expecting it. Practice it and you'll be catching your sparring partners and opponents with it off guard!
