super useful! I kept trying to position the camera manually and making multiple key frames that got more spaced out to compensate for the aperture speed... Anyway this way was much more smart and manageable. Thank you. Subscribed.

You should never put value in the scale of the camera. It could break the camera when you are using it in an other software: example nuke. Scale the camera locator: locator scale in the cameraShape. It scale really just the locator leaving the scale values at 1-1-1

For a pan you would just rotate the camera on the Y axis and key frame it in 2 positions for a steady pan. For a pan zoom (I’ve not ever created one) but you would keyframe both the Y axis rotation and the focal length at the same time. Hope that helps :)
