In this tutorial I teach you how to doodle a handful of simple patterns. The goal is not only for you to learn a few fun new doodles, but also for you to find a healthy way to relieve stress and anxiety. Drawing and doodling can be an excellent meditative practice, and in this doodle tutorial I will encourage you to practice a little mindfulness to help you clear your thoughts and relax. For this exercise you only need a pen and a pencil, but you may also want to try using colored pencils to add color at the end. This tutorial is suitable for artists of all skill levels.
