I'm not sure how I missed it but I'm following you now! I would also like to thank you. Yours was the first channel I found that really helped me learn to draw. Now, to learn Procreate! lol

Shame about the music, couldn't hear all you were saying. That being said just transitioning between the two at the end really demonstrates the difference and I think coupled with your explanation it's given me a better understanding :) keep it up matey

How did you get your color palette in procreate for the old school colors?

No prob you want to make sure the layer with the outline is above the layer with the shading and colouring. What ever is above layerwise will sit above

7:48 Why can't I pick a certain area like you did? when following what you did at 7:48, Procreate will pick all the white area. can you teach me how to select a certain area like you did? thank you very much
@thebrokenpuppet

No prob I think you might not have set the linework layer to reference. Click on the layer and you should see the reference option, click on it then everytime you select regardless of which layer it is it will pick from that linework

Stupid and potentially irrelevant question, the neotrad design as drawn, how much would you normally charge for a tattoo of that design and how long would it take to do it in tattoo form, how many sessions? I know you probably can't get specific for obvious reasons, but can you give a ballpark estimate? Like on a forearm, 75mm X 100mm?
