People will say this is cheap but I find it's a skill itself to be able to manipulate the rules in your favour. To be able to draw contact like he does and still have the body control to finish is a very difficult skill and I'm sure if everyone could do it they would because it's easy points and helps your team win... it's not Hardens fault he's taking advantage of a flawed rule set and I'm pretty they said the same think about dunking when it was banned

Are people actually in favor of flopping, acting, and defense, being taken out of the game? I hated it when Reggie kicked the defender, and got the call, Vlade flopping EVERY play, Wade jumping into defenders, now Harden, and LeBrons piss poor flopping. As soon as the refs/ league started calling this crap, I knew it was going to keep getting worse, but I never thought it would get this bad. NBA is unwatchable. European ball is so much better. Team is emphasized, fundamentals, and no bail outs. Sad.

How can hooking an arm, or pushing off, not be an offensive foul? I don't blame Harden, I blame the refs. This crap slows the game down and makes it unwatchable. Defenses are stupid enough to not make him do anything right handed, even when he goes right, he still comes back to his left to shoot, or pass, and they don't have the discipline to just stay on his left hand. It's amazing how dumb they are!

Most people hate it, including me, but you can't argue that this isn't a skill. And Harden has perfected it. Led/been up there in the league in FTA for most of his career, and he's one of the most efficient scorers in league history by the numbers. It's awful to watch, but it's valuable and it leads to efficient scoring. And the way the league is trending towards analytics/efficiency, this is not going to die down anytime soon. You already see a lot more players using his rip through 5 feet behind the three-point line for 3 FTs.
