Dribbling is something that I absolutely love doing! It wasn't always like that though. In the past I thought it was scary to dribble with the ball, but over the years I have gained confidence to dribble in games! Now I dribble a lot in games! What did I do to improve my dribbling skills and my confidence? Well, that's what today's video is all about. In this video I'm going to show you 5 drills that will not only help you get better at dribbling, but also boost your confidence! Each drill will be 30 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest, also you don't need cones, so you can do this session everywhere! Follow the entire session along or train each drill individually.
