Wow thank you Enzo for your reply! I've been following you for 2 years now and trying to apply all of the thing that I've learned from your videos to my career (I've been through a lot and things are working out this year thankfully), WHO KNOWS WHERE I'M GONNA END UP? MAYBE WE GET A CHANCE TO WORK TOGETHER IN THE NEAR FUTURE!

Great to hear Ali. All the best for the season and keep us up to date with it all. Thanks for the inspiration for the video

Two topics to consider: overtaking and defending from an attempt to overtake. The basics of “it’s my corner” as understood by real drivers. Also consider being overtaken as the slower car on multi class.

Great suggestion. I will do this at some point this season

Hi Enzo, loving the content. Do you think it would possible to make a video on how drivers start to get paid by teams?

Great info as usual Enzo! Thanks again! Thats the area we would love to get more info for sure! Maybe call some engineers as well? Some setups insights? Sneaky secrets? How to turn fwd into a properly driving machine? How to approach its driving? How to interprete data? How to interprete car behavior ovdral? At one of your old video about being a wise driver you gave an example of Kimi who knew what exactly he needs and when team offered him one changes and he demanded different. For example on paper you may add rotation by raising the rear ride height or stiffening springs or anti-roll. But they also have other affects. Yes, theres a lot of info out there but there cant be too much of it, especially its interesting to get your thoughts!

Hi Vlad. Thanks for this, plenty of food for thought here. I could delve into these subjects more, and will. Thank you

Great video, well explained. Would love to hear more on technique please Enzo and especially how it relates to UK circuits! Struggling this year on a tyre I'm not gelling with and not finding solutions with the setup, so I'm looking at what I can do more to make it work for me and this video was very helpful, thanks!

Thanks Andy. It's not a nice place to be when you cannot figure out a tyre. Sounds like you might need someone to help you figure that out, someone who is doing well on that tyre. As you know it can sometimes be the simplest of things (warm up, pressures, etc) or a slight shift on driving style. It's important to not lose your head in this situation, the answer is there. It's either digging deeper with yourself or getting someone to give you that advice. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks Enzo, I'm sure there's more to extract from me and I'm sure some technical advice will also help me to unlock the best from the tyres. I'll keep you posted!

Awesome content, only discovered your channel. I've always heard smooth is better throughout a lap, not just for your laptime but also for fuel and tyre wear. Keep up the good work. Thanks for the information

So true Phill. You have to drive in a way that the car wants to be driven, chassis, engine and tyres. And kind of ignore your own wants and emotions. Easier said than done but it's something that drivers are always focusing on

So when going into a fast corner like so do you ease the brake or brake like normal?
@EnzoMucci
2 жыл бұрын
It really depends on the fast corner and car. High speed either need no brake, a gentle brake or you double pedal (use both brake and throttle). You basically might need the brake to get the nose in but you don’t want to kill the speed too much. Never a hard hit on the brake for a high speed.

What I notice in gamers is a poor car control and blame the physics and programming of the software of top simulation.Honestly I don’t think any simulation in the world and coaching can fix.
