@@rashashakarnah8768 you can just use a ribbon or string and then tie it to the end of the stem then hang the rose upside down. I used a hanger to hang my rose. @yellowishgreendragon.-.
4 жыл бұрын
You can press them in the microwave. I've done it before. It works really well on leaves and keeps the colour great. It also works great on flowers although some flowers work better than others. All you have to do is put them in a sheet of folded paper, and put a paper towel around the paper. Then place a ceramic plate on top of it inside the microwave and then microwave it for 30 second intervals ( I sometimes pause it in 15 second intervals). The paper towel will soak up excess moisture and for some varieties you may have to change the paper half way through. When it has a dry texture it's most likely done. Be careful not to over do it because it may darken the colour. You can also do a lower power level for a longer time period. When doing it with roses, they are normally done when they are slightly crispy and start smelling like a potato chip. ( It's kind of weird but it has nice results) It's a really easy process and you can find a few tutorials on it. It works great for preserving colour. Leaves are really easy to do and often don't change colours as much as flowers do.

Karlie Rutter drying time depends on the flowers and the temperature of the room you keep it in. Dry and hot climates dry the flowers out faster. I just check mine every few days.
