Undeniable. Few organisation has lobbying only select few people grow. Sir any thoughts on this topic. May i request if you can share more insight and how we can build a great culture eliminating lobbying which is really toxic. Regards, Tejas R Kesharkar

Hi Tejas, lobbying has been a part of the industry for long. It can be a result of favouritism or there can be mentors who are helping their mentees grow. Irrespective, growth should happen on merit only, which if at times doesn't and that impacts the environment. Will make one video on this topic soon 👍
