I just purchased my first pistol (SS P320) not too long ago so I have a question. The manual says not to lubricate or add anything near the striker fire. Of course, I am going to go with what the manufacturer recommends, but I did notice in the video that the CLP was sprayed near the strikerfire. Is this a personal thing, a myth, or did I just see wrong?
@BlackBearOutdoors
4 жыл бұрын
The idea is not to get lubricant in the striker channel itself as it may cause issues like a light primer strike or so. That is the theory. In practice, I have never had and issue with that or with getting lube in the striker channel. Hope this helps. Thanks for supporting our channel :)

@@simonmendoza6629 I have an M18 and because it was 600 dollars, THOROUGHLY read that manual. Being my first striker fired pistol, I took note not to lubricate the striker.
