Thanks for the info dude. I’ve been looking into this a lot recently. I need a TEFL course so I’ll have to start there.

Hiii! I heard most places won’t even consider you if you’re not even in the country yet? How hard is it to find a job on abroad ?

The Facebook group is a little weird 😅 they’re always like harshly critiquing posts and it’ll just be a person trying to find a job. There is sometimes people posting jobs though so I think people should still join.

Hi Ben, Thank you for the video! What is your experience for a non-native speaker? In the job advertisements I see that they ask for people from certain country's (UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa). I'm Dutch myself so I am curious what the chances are for landing a teacher job.

Take an IELTS test and make sure you get a good score. Most schools will look at that since you're not a native English speaker.

Hi Ben. How realistic is it for an native speaker with no teaching experience to obtain a job without an agency? Thanks.

Hi as someone who is currently doing something similar it pretty easy if you reach out to the schools directly etc but id recommend getting a substitute teaching job etc or YMCA etc just for experience almost all the TEFL courses will have a job board function to also help you find a job
