Question. Regarding the last apartment, you said you have an investor who's willing to pay the 125,000 aed upfront as a loan to you with interest. Would't the "20%" interest ur paying the investor be the same as the 1st deal u mentioned? "Paying a higher amount monthly"

I thought this too. I think the benefit here is he’s using an investors money so he doesn’t have to pay out of his pocket upfront. Each month he pays interest from revenue earned then pockets profit without having to put his own money upfront.

If he pays the owner he has to break it down into 4 cheques 36250 per cheque, if he pays yhe investor, he pays monthly a sum of 20,833 plus interest, that way he invests less and has better cash flow, cash flow is the main benifit in this business
