This was great! Being a new investor it really affirmed that I’m on the right path. I got my first deal in December and not even knowing I was going thru the right steps to get there.

So the fifth step, ranking the facilities, compared best and worse locations and management. How do you quickly determine how well a facility is being managed for a comparative list without getting details of that facility? Since making this list is done from afar to then determine which ones you want to look more into, I’m confused about how you determine step 5 ranking. Thanks for clarification. Awesome video

Yes how are you determining upside especially when it comes to management prior to getting financials for the property?

I live in Los Angeles California and I’m interested in getting started in storage. Is California a good state to start especially at the price of land or another state.

This is great info. Question, how did you find out that the property was being managed poorly?

Hey @victoriahartcorn2731 - Thanks for the comment! Identifying poorly managed properties often involves observing indicators like the absence of a website, outdated signage, and through conversations with the owner to understand their operational approach. These factors help us assess potential opportunities for improvement and investment.
