What motivated me to shoot this Dose? I was on a recent call with a startup that said "well, we're looking for 'smart money'." And I looked at a their list of angel investors and thought to myself "well, that's certainly not the case to date." It dawned on me that while many founders use the "smart money" expression, they don't really know how to put it into action. So I wanted to provide my thoughts and guidance to change that for others. Hope you found this helpful and valuable. - Steve.

Investors are good; Investors who bring new leads and have experience in your business area is huge. Those are difficult to find.

Hi Steve, great videos - very helpful. Thank you! Can I ask a quick question please? If there are 2 co-founders, do both co-founders go to every VC pitch?

Thanks for watching Chris! No, they don't. Often you see that happen but particularly at a first meeting it's not needed. And while you are asking, do not "split the deck" and have co-founders alternate doing slides. It's like watching a tennis match. One person takes point on doing the pitch, the other takes notes. If a material mistake is made or there is particular expertise needed around a question/issue, certainly the other one can pipe up. And you can take turns who does the pitch. And... if one person is clearly, clearly better at it, let that person always do the pitch.

@@stevebarsh7727 Thank you! If only Dreamit did edtech!!! Can I clarify the above please, it's DO take turns, or DO NOT take turns? Thanks again for putting some great content out there.

@@TheNotAmazingGamerDad Hey Chris. I just edited my comment above and added the "not." No, do NOT take turns within the pitch. One person on point to deliver the pitch unless there is a very specific section that only the other can handle. Thanks for watching!

I love the grounded reality of this channel. BTC's price has been fluctuating lately, but I think we should be educating the newbies on what to do aside holding rather than discussing about the dip. The good thing about the space is that you can buy the dips and put them into active trades making profits from trades while confidently waiting for a pump in price because it is inevitable. Most people do not understand how the space works. Your advantage is understanding, Charts won’t guarantee what an asset is going to do. Prices will go up or down. Nevertheless, the market has been so profitable despite price ups and down. I've always played safe implementing trades with insights and signals from a renowned trader, Mr Theo Ryan. I made 8.5 BTC from the recent crash in the market within a period of time.

I barely made anything from the market always FUD at every little dip until I gave using a portfolio manager/advisor a try. My portfolio rose from $70k to over $150k in 8 months. Thanks to a great manager.
