Great video! Thanks for sharing. Again I resonate so much with your statement at the beginning. Trying to find the thing that I can all-in on is hard. Basically what your exercise is about is to find out 1. What you are good at 2. What you enjoy doing 3. Is it going to make money One thing I feel differently is that I don't really want to rely on other people's opinions on what I'm good at, at least at this moment. I'm aware of the weaknesses I have now but I am taking them down one by one. Having opinions on specific things I'm good at NOW is a constraint in time. But having opinions that are not specific - such as "I'm good at learning" - is not practically helpful. To me, point #2 i.e. finding real passion is the key. Most things are not rocket science, they just require consistent dedication to master, which requires true passion. The 3rd point is very helpful. I find many of my ideas fall in “labor of love” (hobbies), and others are hard to gauge. Some of them need concrete breakdown in development and production costs to really know where to put them. One general philosophy I got from various recent learnings is that if I ever want to scale my business big one day, it needs to be internet-based, ideally also software-based (maybe not all but to some extent). A KZitem channel is a good example of internet-based business, it doesn’t cost anything to scale, and it could reach a huge audience under some condition (optimize for the recommendation algorithm, SEO, marketing, etc.). Software as a product also doesn’t require much to distribute. Hardware products, on the other hand, are relatively slow and costly to develop, distribute, and its IP is harder to protect compared to software. I used to have a lot of small hardware ideas but I don’t know if they are worth trying out from an economic standpoint. I work in tech and I’m looking for a side business that only requires one person to operate (in the beginning at least). Really appreciate your videos and will follow closely!

Thank you for your insightful comment! The reason the exercise talks about getting others opinions is that it's a representation of the market and WHY they go to you, WHAT you are good at, when it comes to solving a problem or relying on you. You can make sure the opinions are specific if you ask them specific questions, a better question leads to a better answer right? :) Like, for example, WHY are you good at learning and WHY others are not? Perhaps an idea may come out of it 🙂 What I learn is that any idea is worth trying as long as you can validate that there is a need and it solves a specific problem but the only way you'll know is understanding the market and its demands. This exercise helped me learn that perspective instead of pondering and wondering what the world needs. Instead of coming up what you think they need, the market will tell you...that's what I got from this lesson. I truly appreciate you watching my video! 🙏

Great video my man, love how genuine you are, you are truly an inspiration. I would love to see another update video on your sales, I sometimes get confused since I just found your channel and sometimes watch videos from like 8 months ago. I’m assuming you’ve been doing FBA for about 1.5 years now? I would love to hear about how many products you’re currently selling rn and how much profit you are making. I know asking for you income seems private, but I’m just trying to find out what I can expect to earn after having an FBA business for over a year. Thank you so much

All my great business ideas are not exactly following terms and conditions (involving apps and investments)

Are you still doing the Amazon selling fba? Seems like it didn’t work out?

I covered in a previous video that I had to make a tough decision to liquidate my product and make some decisions between a few opportunities that better aligned to my strengths and interests as it did involve a great deal of my time to keep going with it, but it's something I would do again, it was definitely a working business model if you dedicate the time and money into it but I had to make the shift that was best for me 😊

I love this side of you.. It's authentic.. Nothing fake.. There is a channel going through kt9 now and trying to expose them.. It's sad to see the boys on the barbecue pit. I'm starting my journey on my own now as well.. Finally felt there's progress here

@@justwan1205 I appreciate the comment! Yeah, some of my videos related to Amazon have become casualties as a result of it when all I do is try to help and give people a good idea on what's inside, it is what it is when it comes to social media and the online space...but right now, I'm just paving a new path for myself and just sharing what I'm learning. Glad to hear that you took the step forward to start your own journey and making progress! Would love to hear what it is that you're pursuing!

Did nine university ever work out for you? Congrats on 1k

Thank you! Regarding nine university, it did work out for me because I successfully launched a product that generated sales, but I made mistakes along the way and I will own that which I've captured in previous videos. For me, it's the ability to understand Amazon and launch a product, it was never meant to be my sole business model, my goal was just supplemental income but boy ,did I hit a snag with my supplier which forced me to liquidate everything and I could no longer put time on it...it's a lot of work for sure!
