A step-by-step video on how to fit Randall May harnesses in most situations. It's crucial to follow these steps in the order they're presented.
Fitting steps, *in order*:
1. Set the belly plate where leg movement just barely won't bump it side to side.
2. Set the Contour Hinge to follow the shape of the torso.
3. Adjust the shoulder bars so that they DO NOT TOUCH the back of the shoulders (scapula) with good posture, instead making contact with the chest and top of shoulders.
4. Adjust the back support plate (if included) to promote good posture and keep the shoulder bars off of the back.
5. Adjust the Posto rails to set drum height.
Disclaimer: I'm tall, so the end result on me is a little more spaced out than it typically would be.

These are my opinions on how to get a rough harness fit, and they are not the “only correct way.” They simply come from reading included instructions, online discussions, and personal experience.
