I thought this video was going to be a little more exciting as I thought I was going to be switching out the fixture or at minimum changing the ballast. But in the end it was just two blown fluorescent circline 12” bulbs.
One interesting thing I found is that you can buy LED replacements (link below). Since the fluorescent was only $7, I went the cheap route.
