Grab the multiple keys set if you have a "hidden aerator" - look it up. Most keys can be refunded if kept clean. If your aerator/faucet head can twist off, bring it(all of it) in to your hardware store to find a replacement. The sizes are too small do judge by eye. Bring it in.

Since you have the aerator / strainer off, I would wrap the threads with some teflon tape. As they age those suckers tend to corrode in place and it is a bear to get them off. With the teflon tape it is a piece of cake. Just a little wisdom from someone who has does it with and without the tape, and with the tape life is so much easier down the road. Just my two cents.

Required by code that all fixtures using water have to be "water saving". Plus you are only washing your hands and face at that faucet. The kitchen faucet on the other hand should be less restricted because you want to fill the sink quickly, like the tub, before the water in the sink gets too cool to properly wash with.

Also, it could be clogged at the cartridge. At Thanksgiving we got a clog on a sink and both were clogged. My dumb ass took out the cartridge, cleaned it, put it back in, then forgot to tighten the retaining nut when I turned the water back on. What a mess, but any debris in the system got flushed out and I didn't lose any of the parts. So it was a win in the end.

Sure, an aerator is a 2 minute job, but like the customer said, he felt more comfortable with you doing it. WE as plumbers, know how this shit goes. You go in to unclog an aerator, next thing you know the waste trap is going too, or some other fuckery comes about. You don't run a charity bro.
