I didn’t have enough space so I deleted a lot of apps and then I could update the app. Thanks for mentioning having enough space in your tv

After installation no apps get installed when I use jio fiber. But when I connect the sam tv with other network, other then jio apps get installed & apps get installed.

I tried deleting apps and It didn't open up much space at all. It still says 13% available. When I went to the system update and selected it, a box came up saying function not available and it said the same thing when I tried to select device care.

thanks for this helpful video. My problem is that when I try to download 1 app in particular I get a message that the TV has not got permission to download an unsupported app and points me to the settings but I cannot find anywhere that allows me to change the setting to allow me to download

iv tried all these and nothing works. im waiting for remote assistance. iv tried all of the above and nothing works. when i go to apps theres only the preloaded apps such as you tube and business app. when i got to store it doesnt find any apps. when i got on app screen and go to menus such as weather it finds nothing. any advice?

After that you'll be able to use the "OK Google" voice command again after reinstalling and setting up the app.☺️

The very *last* tip is that you have to be logged into your Samsung account? That should be the first thing to check. The darn TV didn't tell me that, just failed to install an app. Don't know how it got logged out, anyway.
