make sure you set your sequence settings to interpret the color space by Rec. 709 instead of Rec. 2100 HLG

Actually, after reading the comments I feel confirmation that this is a bit weird. I've been using premiere a LONG time and never even heard of doing something like this to fix colors.

I've tried this so many times and tried different viewing platsforms but it still changes the colors (they get over saturated). Is there anything else I might be missing or should try that you might know of?

This LUT does not always work and it is not entirely accurate either. It is a messy workaround.

@@sahilb9274 YES! It isn’t a problem with the export but a problem with what you are viewing on. Different viewing platforms use different levels of gamma. (Which basically controls how dark the darks are) premiere uses 2.4 which is standard for tv. However QuickTime on Mac uses a gamma of 1.9 which brings out the shadows and drives colourists crazy. Most browsers use 2.2 which doesn’t effect the video massively but does change it slightly. I’ve started using vlc media player which seems to reproduce the same Colours.
