Seized up suzuki 70 steer tube. Replacement new steering tube plus work would cost more than motor is worth. So I've solved the problem by removing grease nipple, drilling two more 6mm holes trough outer aluminum , one higher and second lower than original nipple hole, then heat up everything with heat gun and blowtorch so much of the old grease came out due to heat. I then used about half liter of acetone and pushed it in with sringe to clean sliding surfaces as much as possible. Then I made a simple steel arms for pneumatic cylinder, set it up and moved the engine left and right for about an hour. After that I cut threads to two new holes, put in two new grease nipples and the old one, filled it with good quality water repellent marine grade grease and voila. As good as new. :)
