The words you expressed in this video couldn’t have been said any better. Really needed to hear this. I lost my 18 year old brother 3 weeks ago on Christmas Eve and just 1 weeks after I lost my aunt. Have issues with work being slow due to winter but I bounced out of that rut and just got into a real good job opportunity and I’m currently putting my name out for doing mechanic work on the side for extra income. Doing what I can to continue to pursue my goals and focus on what i need to do. I think about my brother everyday but I haven’t let it eat me alive. Thank you for the video Bedros

As a version of myself, I'm at rock bottom right now. -2.0 if I were to rate myself. I started viewing and subscribed to your show about a week ago. How inspired I have become to make changes in my life!!! I stopped drinking, I Unsubscribed from several social media accounts. I started working out too! Seasons are changing! Now I have to mend some relationships with family I have destroyed. I also applied for a job with FEMA to continue my Federal service since I did 10 years in the military and I could use that retirement. I am at a teaching job that I love but there's no room for advancement. I have a long way to go but I took the first steps thanks to you. You're awesome!!!

Was tempted to pick up the weed and attempt to smoke my way outta frustration but the point you made on weed and alcohol just prolonging the losing season resonated with me … so I’m just gonna deal with it sober and continue to add more disciplines to myself … I appreciate you chief 🤝

If it's challenging, it's worth doing. We've got to get out of our comfort zone in order to grow and develop, and even if you're not getting it right now, that doesn't mean it's not working. You're challenging your mind, you're putting in the effort - that's what matters and you will be rewarded in due course.

I don’t comment much, but I feel you. In 2015, I started getting bad headaches. I started failing tests in physician assistant school. That program is no joke. So they had to let me go. Then my fiancé left me. My grandfather, the man who raised me, passed away and I had to move. I got my old job back and the end of 2016 into 2017 was the happiest and most free I’ve ever been in my life. For those of you currently going through hell: keep moving, embrace the suck, feel the fear, and push through! 2020: COVID. I went from 40 hours a week to 16 because there was no work. One day, with $1.50 to my name, I had to make a choice: feed myself or feed my puppy? A packet of Cesar dog food later, I had made my choice. I got a second job and have been working two jobs ever since because that will never happen again!

Saw and listened to you for the first time maybe 3 weeks ago. I knew what to do but wasn’t doing it. Watched one of your pod casts and it clicked. Alcohol consumption down 95% smoking down 50%. Sleep more on track. Still struggle with binge eating but even that is way better. Work out every morning 20 minutes. Every single day I think of stacking up wins. I’m holding myself accountable to you until I can hold myself accountable to myself. My mind has started to change. Apologies for the novel of a comment, I wanted you to know you have made a difference in me. Thank you brother

Very encouraging talk, I've been struggling with grief but after 4 years have started changing things and have made some progress in some way, iv looked at my progress and it's motivated me to get going, what I found was a wake up call when just grinding my coffee beans was to much work....I realized that unless I changed I would be throwing away my future and although it was easy to sit and just reflect on the past it's not ever going to change and the my future would never be anything better unless I take steps in a new life, very overwhelming process but I'm seeing good results. I'm impressed by your resolve in changing things, after I listen to this and realized that I'm the one who is making this dark season continue and I'll be dammed if it's going to keep going. Look out..

16:50 "...take a few weeks off from adding value? How selfish is that?!?" Man, I'm writing that down where I can see it as a regular reminder. Marie Forleo often talks about how we have a moral obligation to share our unique gifts with the world, and what you said about not taking time off from adding value to the world has that same vibe. Thank you for this reminder, Bedros. 👏🙏💪🖖

What he is saying is true. When my friend passed away 2 years ago at 16 from cancer, i immediately went into a rut and emotionally ate. My Mum immediately brought me back to reality and told me that this is life. Get a grip. Don't fall back into old habits- how would your friend feel seeing you like this? So i kept and maintained structure, and within a few months I got better and better and now I am fully healed and have moved on. Every time I give my self a little bit of leniency, i end up back sliding massively.

Appreciation comment: I just wanted to give a big thanks for all the information you put out. Ive been watching you for over a year now and I've been going through a phase of isolation. Realizing you prepared me for what was to come, I understand I'm in a losing season. Becoming detached from society really puts you to the test, but I just hit the enlightenment period recently. Although I am physically limited, law of attraction became a big part of me since I am living life on a loop. I saw it first hand how shifting your mind to what you are interested in and truly believing you have already what you are looking for, those things will come naturally. Period of winning is soon to come, thank you!
