First off, sciatica is a symptom, not the cause. The cause is a bit more complex, but here are some common reasons why people may experience this symptom: disc injury (bulging or herniated), nerve entrapment, piriformis syndrome.
People with sciatica symptoms will generally report pain / tingling /numbness / weakness, etc along the distribution of the sciatic nerve.
Since everyone is different, rehab should be individualized to each person, but if I were to give some general exercises that may help most people, these would be them!

1. Seated Glute Stretch
2. Seated Sciatic Nerve Glide
3. Seated Sciatic Nerve Flossing
4. Pigeon Pose
5. Prone Push Up
6. Bridging
Frequency:
Can be done daily until Sciatica gets well.
