Thank you from one Malaysian to another from Michigan. It brings me smile watching your channel. The Chinese restaurants here where I live is still not as authentic as how I was brought up. Now I can show my in-laws how it's done. And I've done 3 dishes from your channel. I never know how to cook, I wish I didn't take that for granted before moving to the States. Your way of cooking makes it possible for amateur like me to cook. Simple cooking is the best food in my opinion.
