Nice lesson, its funny because I can hear the Irish accent in the song, this type of music has a different beauty that is just as same level of classical music but obviously different.

This was a very helpful video, thank you so much! I have been composing some fiddle tunes that require those rapid back and forth string switches, so I was happily exploring using the wrist to switch string planes - but I was starting to hear squeaks on other tunes I was playing. Your video showed me that I had been neglecting those basic elbow-guided arm planes - my goodness, it is a real game changer. From a good elbow, I see that I get consistent enough to really explore tone, wrist and finger stuff, and all the other things that interest me. Thanks again!
