Countersinking is one of the most common machining operations that I do. I build things with aluminum a lot, since it is super strong and easy to work with. I've had some difficulty getting a good finish when countersinking aluminum though. Hopefully this video helps you achieve great results the next time you countersink or debur a hole in aluminum.
My favorite countersink bits are made in USA by KEO. They are a little more expensive than cheaper bits, but they provide a nicer finish and last a long time.
Here are some links to KEO cutters on Amazon. These are Amazon Affiliate links, so a portion of the order profit goes towards my channel. Thank you for your support!
