Thanks for the awesome content brother....was wondering if you could do a video showing your routine for keeping your tools and everything clean and sanitized throughout a normal day in the shop. I am @250 hrs in school and I would really benefit from learning how and when it’s best to clean implements starting with the beginning of the day. Thanks again for all your efforts🙏🏼✌🏼 - Fairfield, CA

Yaaaaassssss, "well rounded barber". This is BRILLIANT advice, Mr. Falla. I may not be starting out, but even for the experienced barber this is pertinent info to be mindful of. Thank you and again it was great seeing you in Tampa. God bless, Sir.

I'm not David,but you can get a job when you are student but those shops don't paid good and require a lot of time! It's better if you do it on the side first.

Hey David! Gracias thank you for this video! This was something that I have been thinking about recently because I’m currently in my 3rd month of barber school and I’m still learning my skills on the haircuts and building my clients. One question I have is for a new barber student is it okay to get a job at a big name shop like a great clips or Supercuts and only focus on barbering then switch to a barber shop?
@DavidFalla

Hey and thank you for commenting. The advice that I always give Barber students is to find a job at a local super cuts or sportclips. The amount of experience, education and speed you will get is the undervalued. After you do some months there, you are gonna have a better understanding of the type of shop you want to work for

Thanks David. I enjoyed the video! I’m in barber school now and already have some regulars that are coming to me consistently. Being that I’m still in school and not licensed by the state board yet, I always assumed I would t be able to work out of a shop yet. Am I correct unassuming this?

Nice video, I'm a cosmetologist that work in barbers shops love cutting men . Always have problems with man dont trusting me to do a haircut at first!! They are like "you know how to fade" then I do it and they are like wow never seen a girl cut good. Any tips to pass first impressions? Also where do you bought your apron?

I had many people asked me "you know how to cut hair or you know how to do a fade " at first it was annoying and kind of fustrating but now I tell them "no but I can learn with you" just trust yourself ignored it or find a fun way to ignored it
