I am a final year engineering student....22 batch tier-3 student,not placed in any company,suck at coding.Listening to this podcast I realized these things.It feels like I' stuck somewhere and there's no ray of hope.I can't even continue my studies as most of them suggest mt to do MBA OR M.TECH.I'm from a lower middle middle class family and I don't want to waste my parents money anymore.I just want to be physically and financially independent.I don't want to be as said in the vdo a skill less or bad or even average engineer.My whole life I've been an average student,average looking girl.Everything average.I really want to be good at something that pays me off too as I am from a lower middle class family....all I care about being able to lift my family up financially and make my parents proud because my parents have sacrificed so much for me.

Ek zamana tha when indian & abroad companies were giving priority to knowledge than degree. Then it became, degree nahi toh naukri nahi. For this role you got to have min this degree. I am glad to know that today again companies globally are giving importance to knowledge rather than education/degree.

I am a student @Scaler. Joined in feb 2022. One of the best decision i took for my self. I did my engineering in 2011 but never coded before and did alot of odd jobs (construction, admin, tuitions etc) and now I finish the homework and assignment given by scaler just with the help of sessions conducted by scaler. The platform is really awesome. Its designed in a such way that u will be craving for solving questions. Now i am able to solve DSA questions in very easy way just in 20 sessions. I started learning from printing line in java. when i gave my first test @ scaler, i was unable to print a line but now alhamdolillah I am able to solve question like spiral of matrix in any order, rotating matrix, questions related to subarrays , bit related question, playing with arrays and arraylist, Strings etc...(These all in just less than 20 sessions.) Thanks Scaler for shaping my life. Hope everything will be fine till the end of Course.

You guys are giving guidance for free and many tutorials are available from employees of top companies in KZitem why would someone should pay 2.5L for this scalar
@ajju3695
2 жыл бұрын
There are many differences.. 1.) KZitem is not structured learning.. if you learn from multiple videos, you might feel confused by judging which video is better in terms of learning. 2.) Scaler course delivered by industrial experts which gives more chances to learn most relevant skills where as recorded classes might be outdated. 3.) Personalised 1:1 mentorship is best feature which helps to make changes in candidates. we can’t get this in KZitem or other platforms. 4.) provides flexible course which provides option to pause the course and continue with upcoming batches. In case if you miss a class, You can go through their recording sessions and the great feature is availability of mentors for clearing all your doubts. 5.) 4.5X return on investment within a short time. 6.) I have seen candidates who got 2X, 3X offers on their current CTC in leading tech companies 7.) best for those candidates looking to change from service based companies to product based companies. Yes course is expensive which is 2.5L but you can avail scholarships from 10k-40K. But Scaler is providing great value by placing their students at high paying tech companies and maintaining 2000+ peer aspirant groups for better growth by communicating with each other.

I love what scalar is doing. But I don't like that they want everyone to become a developer. Not every engineering student might want that. Engineering colleges still provide that platform to make choices. If you replace that with scalar, they will not have any choice or they will not even know there are other choices. What about higher studies, research etc?

It's not about knowledge, Doing it self pace always let's in a laid back attitude while you are working. And getting a 1v1 mentor, and such good amount of placement opportunities and the best thing is being taught live and interactive by these set of instructors is something that you won't get online. It's not about guarantee its a two way street, everyone who's dedicated enough definitely gets placed with a good ROI.
