hmmm OK sister, i'm thinking about ordering the Chanel Les Beiges Water Fresh Tint in Medium Light shade. I'm not into anything heavy, love light products and this one intrigues me since its so water thin with a tint. . ha, YEP love the 6 foot rule, no one up in my grill hahahaha. I do use Trinny JAT that works for me as a concealer on my stubborn sun damage on the side of my face which works and again JAT in a lighter shade for my inner corners under my eyes. A little dab will do ya with JAT I find for me. LOOOOVE this video.. thanks as always for your tips of the trade, I super appreciate it. You can teach an ol'girl new tricks, t'hehe. xoxo

That water tint is amazing! Let me know what you think of it. I would agree, the Trinny London just a touch is great for extra coverage and I often use it to cover up my pigmentation after I do my lighter coverage all over. Glad you’re finding the videos useful friend. XO

Thanks for making make up fun and funny at the same time. I find the older I get, less makeup looks best. I have also really focused on consistency in my skin care regimen.

Skincare is the secret! All of the best makeup and tools will be worthless without a skincare focus. Even the products you wear under makeup can affect the overall look. ❤️

So great Jen! Now I’m curious about the Chanel Water Tint and also sticking to more cream blushes!

I have to say, I rarely wear powder blushes. Have moved away from them over the last five years. I like the way that cream blush melts into the skin and enhances the glow I get with my skincare and makeup. Powder blushes, unless they have some kind of reflective quality, can actually make the cheek look flatter because it absorbs the light. Unless it’s “orgasm“ by Nars… That has been one of my favorite powder blushes for over 20 years. Universally flattering, a beautiful pink peach that goes with everything, and a beautiful sheen. Other than that… It’s cream for me all the time.

Love this. However most products don't exist in Europe like the la roche posay spf...🤔 Great videos in this channel❤

I’m in the US so I talk about what I can get here. There are a lot of products in Europe that I’m dying to try that I can’t find in the US either. So many products! 😆 La Roche Posay has an international IG page, so I’m thinking they must be available somewhere in Europe.
@MakingUpForGlossedTime

Actually, now that I think about it, most if not all of the products I mentioned are available in Europe, or they ship to Europe. Now, regulations on sunscreen are different in Europe than in the US so they may not have that specific sunscreen. But you should be able to find the rest. If you do a little research you should find them. Not sure exactly where you are but you may want to dig a little deeper.💋

Love your videos! Keep up the amazing work! I am in Australia and can't get that particular spf but use the la Roche posay spf 50 cream for sensitive eyes and it gives a glow under any base I apply afterwards too. Or just by itself! Xx

Thanks for telling me! I think in Europe they also struggle to find the one that I recommend, so I appreciate you giving me the heads up on the one that you use. And thanks for the feedback… I’m so glad you’re here. XO

Love these tutorials. Thank you. Texture attracts texture! That’s what I’ve been doing wrong so I stopped wearing foundation as all the lines got more exaggerated. I am going to get that Chanel water foundation and try. May I ask, If using colour corrected would that be applied first on the spot needed and then foundation and then concealer? Love your videos ❤️
@MakingUpForGlossedTime
3 жыл бұрын
Yes, start with corrector to lift the color in the spot to a more neutral tone. Then foundation and/or concealer on top. You’ll find that you’ll need less over the top to cover. 😉
