So let’s say I had a BIG NIGHT yesterday! How can I get back to workout today! I’m so fucking hungover! Can’t even move from bed !!! Btw I’m on cutting haven’t drink alcohol for 3 month ! And maybe won’t for another month but I want to prepare myself for a big celebration for all the good work I did

You are right. But I'm one of those dudes that still have my abusive father's voice in my head, telling me I'm a failure if I do a "whoops". And that voice will bring me down, so one "whoops" turn into weeks, because why does it even matter. I'll fail at the end anyways.

@@ChaseBarron But the voice is right. 38 and only able to work 10 hours a week because of PTSD, and not much of ekstra energy to do alot of workout. Pretty much a looser in my book. 🤷🏼♂️
