How to get better at basketball this summer. If you want to see huge improvement this summer as a basketball player do these 4 things. Most basketball players do the same workouts over and over again, going through the motions and never actually get better.
1: Eliminate, once the summer starts most players try to add more to their plate, more habits, more workouts, more everything in reality, you need to subtract.
2: Work with urgency, you don't have as much time as you think you do to make this dream work and maximize your summer, it'll be gone before you know it. You'll either be left with excuses or results.
3: Plan your days or weeks in advance, especially in the summer, things come up, you hangout with friends, go on vacations, all that is great but plan those things and preferably plan them around your basketball workouts not the other way around.
4: Know exactly what it is you need to work on this summer, if you don't know what skills you need to improve and why you'll be running in circles.
