Today we're back with yet another individual training session. Today's training will be focused on footwork! Fast footwork can really change and elevate your game! It's quite literally life changing! So that's exactly what we will be training today! Each drill will be 30 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. Each drill will be a little bit more difficult than the previous drill! Hopefully this session will help you get fast feet in a very short amount of time! Enjoy!
