Loved this video, Dane! Maybe not the best for average "meatheads" but for Oly lifters like me trying to improve and self-analyze this was absolute GOLD! Just goes to show how small / minute adjustments can make a HUGE diff in Weightlifting...hope all goes well in Greece - don't forget the calamari and some ouzo or Retsina wine to wash it all down! (did you see Hampton Morris? it was CRAZY watching his 2 rough misses on the snatch and then coming back for a WR in C & J and destroying everyone in the Total) Such an amazing and exciting Sport!

I think the "Hip Drahve" channel had a discussion on olympic lift bar paths on their 1 hour+ Misconception video yesterday, about 29 minutes 15 seconds in, like S-shaped path vs. dead vertical all the way I'm assuming, since that's more "mechanically efficient". Might be worth a compare and contrast between mechanical efficiency and biomechanical efficiency.

Great to see someone using the vmaxpro since it is not well know outside Europe. I wish there was a comparison function. Great content!

Great to see you using Vmaxpro. I have been using it for almost two years now and despite the fact that no tool can replace a human coach, it is still immensely useful, interesting and also motivating to use it, because I can really track my improvement over time. Also, very interesting to see Haley's velocity curve on the snatch: for me, there is a significant loss of speed after the knees, whereas her curve is constantly rising in speed. Great to see, hopefully you will do more videos about how to read such trackings!

@@GarageStrength And just an FYI. My son entered his first WL meet at your place back in January of this year. And he qualified for the Youth Nationals. We are in NEPA. I would love to visit your gym again someday and pick your brain and meet you in person. :) kzitem.info/news/bejne/z6Cdn2ahkGuXp4Y

Love this video coach, what is that second number in the 2D bar path cell? There are two numbers, i thought the second number was referring to forward back motion, while the first was left right sway? Either way, great content as always!

Great video, very informative. But holy hell I CANNOT personally justify spending 1,000 dollars on a system like vmax (enode now). If it were something that my gym would integrate I’d be happy to pay for it in part.
