In this session, we focus on enhancing speed through overspeed sprints and competitive flying 10-yard sprints followed by a 15-yard acceleration burst. These drills are key components of our intensive summer speed training package, open to all athletes.
Our 75 to 90-minute sessions are designed for competitive edge and speed improvement. We incorporate three essential methods: resistance sprints to refine acceleration mechanics, assisted sprints to increase stride power, and competitive sprints against time and peers for performance enhancement.
