Sir ek questions hain please answer dijiyega please - If mne koi customer ko mre through se flat Or plot dikhaye.....if woh extra smart banke waha k details aur kisi se nikal k direct owner k pass pahanch jayeto hume kya karna chahiye us time....hamara toh brokerage hi nhi milega wahape.us time kya karna chahiye broker ko....?

Lekin agar aap written me client se apna mandate lete hai, aur aapke paas proper trade license and rera hai to aap court ka darwaja khatkhata sakte hai. aur client nahi batayega aur aapko pata nahi chekega to wo aapki deal hi nahi hai . Proccess lamba ho jayega lekin uski zaroorat nahi padegi. Sharif aadmi normally aapki baat man jayega. Lekin agar aap kisi badmash ke sath deal kar rahe hai to fir takeyour call. But to be honest real estate walon se log zara bach ke chalte hai. I have worked abroad in real estate (for 15 years) and i can enlighten you regarding that but its not valid in India Yet. Written Lena koi legal case nahi banta. Some brokers try taking google form. Koi matlab nahi hai. Brokers should help in the entire process and not just showing property once or twice. 2% dono side kahe ke liye?

Dikhaneka pasand karneka ?? Uske liye 2% 🤣 Most brokers will show you the property once or twice and charge a bomb..Also will engage in shady practices like increasing the property amount, not sharing complete information. Brokers should help in the entire process including documentation & legal(which most brokers will avoid). Brokers engaging in unethical practices and acting cryptic should be bypassed. Best is use apps like magic bricks & 99acre and deal directly with owners.
