Change the method of ingestion, change the strain, change the amount, change the time you smoke at, change the location even, you really dont need a tolerance break. also get vitamin c, doesnt matter if its a pill or a drink packet, vitamin c definitely makes a difference in my experience

Duuuude I took 23 day t break and I got stonned once then my tolerence jumped back wtf do I have to smoke only once a week or what this ain't fair

It’s because it’s not how long u wait it’s really how much and how contant my guess is you probably smoke a lot like I do so the best advice I can give is try to skip the wake and bake and maybe try to wait towards the end hours or just not smoke as much do it in moderation and the second thing is if u smoke dabs like carts if u smoke them a lot u build up a tolerance and your za wont have that same effect so just don’t do it as much or u can even try to use a vitamin c pack and wait 30 minutes and that should do the trick

@@chrisjackson3859 I smoke only once a day after I get off work at 11pm so it's not like I'm wake n baking so should be no reasom I'm not at least 7/10 high I'm always 5/10 I'm tired of it...probs will just only smoke once a month or some shi
