I get these questions all the time too. It can be annoying sometimes but I always answer because at one point in Time I didn’t know either. Great video tho bro!

Hey Fitz, I have a Challenger that has a separate spring and shock in the rear. The standard spring on the BCs for the challenger is 240mm but I want to get some 100k spring rates that are 160mm. Scott from BC keeps telling me it's not possible and you cant put any spring that is shorter than the standard kit, but I know he is just being lazy and doesnt want to tell me how to go about installing such a spring. Is there anything special that needs to be done to be able to fit such a short spring without having it slack and fall out while driving? It makes sense that I would need a shorter damper ("Extreme Low" kit from BC), but is that all?

At 100k the shocks are non existent and you just take off the top hat or unscrew the bottom shock body and put it in. It’s possible, not comfortable but it’s what I did. The spring is hung and basically loose until the car is on the ground. The shock travel is limited but it doesn’t matter anyways !!

@@dfitzwm Just for absolute certainty, what you said applies to the REAR (separate spring and shock) also? Your vids are helpful. Subscribing.

I've got my self a e90 msport model. Looking at a set of wheels. Fronts. 18 x 8.5j et20 tyr. 205/40/18 Rears. 18 x 10j et15. Tyr 225/40/18 I wanted a nice aggressive set up! Suspention will be standed. Wondering if this set up will work? Or will I rub 24/7?

Just curious what you think.. I have an e90 and thinking about putting 18x9.5 et20 with 235 40 and 18x10.5 with 275 35 rear. Style 57 wheels.. sport suspension but probably ordering BC coil overs. I don’t want to destroy ride quality FYI

it has been a minute since I had the wheels/car but the tire sizes seem a little big for my preference. I run a 225/40 on a 9.5 and would do something like a 245/40 for the rear. either way I would get BC coils 100% they ride great and go plenty low

Thanks for the quick feedback. I’m not super stressed about the stretched more so worried about rubbing and whether I can actually fit it without too much chamber. I’ve already rolled the fenders but idk of that’d be enough consider the wide tires

Fitz Miller I have two 235-40’s I could put on the 10.5’s but then I’d also have the 235s 35 on the 9.5. Do you think this would work. Without a chance of debeading or anything and natural rear camber and minimal adjusted in the front?

A perfect fitment for the E90 Msport is.... front 9j, 35et, with 235/35/19 tyres, and rears 10j, 38et , with 265/30/19 tyres, No need for spacers as they are pushed out enough, It Will look like a M3 setup, just right. Thank me later.
