@@martinstirling7946 I definitely appreciate it bro. the turbo boost gives you extra stamina meter so you can do things like dribble longer. When you low on stamina it’s harder to shoot. Your regular stamina bar is white, the boost bar is blue.

So as soon as you mess up close the app. You can do this as many times as you need, as long as you close as soon as you mess up and don’t let the workout add up at the end and save.

@@SETTYBLU_ you have to workout every 7 days. Under the progression tab, then under get boosts, if u go to the right you will see workout boost and how long it lasts until your next workout. That’s why it’s important to close app if you mess up because if it saves, you will have to wait 7 days to try again.

It gives you the extra blue stamina meter for 7 days. The same blue meter like the Gatorade boost meter. It doesn’t give you Gatorade though. If you do have Gatorade you will have 2 blue meters of extra stamina added to the normal yellow one.

Yeah if you gone fail a workout, close the game app. I would start with the hardest one for you to save on time. Battle ropes not about speed it’s consistency.

Yea 2k is always breaking the game when they do patches some of the workouts are really bugged. Try either doing the squats in the workout room in the arena and see is it bugged in there.

Yes. If you mess up and don’t get the perfect workout boost, it makes you wait a full 7 real life days. If you go to the get boost tab, it will show you have much time you have left before you can do a workout again.

No it only lasts for 7 days. If u look under your progression tab and go to get boosts, it will show the countdown to your next workout. Also workouts don’t carry over to other builds, they all have to be done individually.

Try not to go extremely fast and instead just try to maintain the up down input at a steady rate so the ropes don’t drop and u don’t go under 3 stars. I think u only need 100 reps to get 3.
