So pretty, Beautiful Lady. Please throw in patience that is needed with time and concentration. If I try these mini Marley twist on my daughter's beautiful thick hair it's going to take me half a day to neatly part it and probably three days to finish the twists, Lord help me.

As crazy as this sounds, I used this exact same hair for my DIY micro locs. 😬 It actually came out so pretty and I got a lot of compliments. I did it in June 2023 and growing out my pixie cut from Nov of last year and now about to take it out 10/3/23 to redo my locs with my real hair. Some people said I should've used human hair but I really don't see the difference when people use synthetic hair for box braids. My hair still grew. 🤷🏽♀️

People still do this hair style? Had no idea. I used to do these back in 2008 when I was pregnant with my son. It wasn't popular back then and i used to get so many compliments. Might revisit it. Thanks for the reminder.

So are u twist while u twist?
@MindfulMatters734

That helps but so does twisting towards the right because of how the pattern is in the hair (Marley). I've seen women twist both ways and they come out beautifully so it depends on the braider in guessing.

Hi Mehi, will the 16” still work if my hair is 18-24 when stretched? I really love this style and planning to do it next week when I take down my midi twists.
@SimplyaStylist

Hey! Since your twisting your hair 16” should work for you. The hair brand I used also has a 24” option. Name of brand: FreeTress Equal Synthetic Hair Braids Cuban Twist Braid 24”.
