In this video, I am going to teach you home relief for sciatica. Sciatica is a type of pain which radiates from your buttocks to your legs. It is very difficult to move around and do your self-care and daily activities when you have sciatica. Usually, this is caused by an impinged sciatic nerve.
We usually give them home exercises and stretches to relieve sciatica.
The exercises in this video includes the following:
1. Supine piriformis stretch- 10-20 seconds for 3 sets
2. Pigeon Pose- 10-20 seconds for 3 sets
3. S Squat- 10-20 seconds for 3 sets
4. Nerve Gliding- 10 reps
