Hello Ajai! The "Thank you" detector, powered by Freddy, can understand the intent of the customer when they respond to a closed or resolved ticket. Freddy continues to learn from the feedback model and takes a call if a ticket should be reopened or not based on previous agent interaction with similar tickets. Do I have to login as Admin to be able to see the automation? I am just an agent and do not see the automation by clicking the wheel icon.
