1 WEEK RESULTS: I have been doing these stretches every day since this video was posted in the mornings and before bed. I still can't do the splits fully yet but I am definitely getting there and have become more flexible. I think I'll probably be able to do the splits fully in a month. Please try these stretches out, they really work!👍

Wht! Don't be a cry baby. I did streches n tried to get my side splits every day my exams are going on but I do streches with study n it dosen't hurt much after u n ur body gets used to it

These stretches look very helpful so I'll incorporate it into my stretch routine! Btw, at the end of the video, how did you lift up your leg to the wall/door? I can get my splits and have become more flexible now but I still can't do that :(

+Amy Tang Awesome!! Hmm... maybe the reason why you are unable to do that yet is because you need more flexibility in your inner (upper) thigh muscles. Wow excellent flexibility tutorial Melodee. I will add some of those flexibility tips onto my flexibility training routine. I've been doing my flexibility training every week for over 3 years now but my flexibility level still feels like it hasn't really improved at all. Also i was wondering' can i do a written interview with you as your fan even though am not in any profession? Keep up the good work. You're awesome.
