I always love pinoy cooking recipes it's my way of feeling closer home away from home. Not wanting to forget panlasang pinoy even living now in Canada. This filipino food will forever stays in our home. Salamat!
Here are the ingredients:
Onion
Tomato
Ginger
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Lime
Onion Leaves
2 pcs Squid
Marinate the Squid using Oyster sauce, Soy sauce and Sesame Oil for about 1 or 2 hours.
Use the Onion Leaves, Tomato, Ginger and Onion to stuff the Squid for better taste.
For dipping you can use Soy Sauce, Tomato and Onion. You can also add spicy pepper. Enjoy!
