How to grill grey mullet Greek style. For this grill, I used 2 mullet approximately 30cm in size that I caught myself on the harbour a few hours earlier. Clean, gut and scale the fish. Score the fish 3 times on each side. Marinate in lemon, oregano, salt and pepper and olive oil for an hour before cooking. Cook over high heat (but avoid direct flame) for 15 minutes. Serve with extra lemon and salt to taste.
